2. Order Handling and Cut Off Time

  • Order Cut Off Time: 3:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders submitted prior to 3:00 PM PST begin handling the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM PST begin processing on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 0 to 1 business days, fulfilled Monday through Friday.
  • Manual Verification Review: Every order undergoes a brief manual security review during handling to verify payment details and ensure accurate fulfillment.

3. Transit Time and Trusted Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe transport for your order. We utilize up to two primary carriers:

  • Approved Carriers: USPS and UPS
  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days, in transit Monday through Saturday.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Shipping Cost and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated transparently during checkout based on your order total and delivery destination in the United States. All calculated rates are shown clearly before final payment completion.

5. Holiday Delays and Package Tracking

Shipments occurring over national United States holidays may experience a carrier delay of 1 additional business day. Once your package is processed and picked up by USPS or UPS, an automated dispatch notification containing a functional tracking link will be sent to your email address.

6. Order Edits and Support Contact

Address changes or order updates must be submitted to info@santosshop.store within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order enters carrier transit, route changes cannot be made.
